... owning a little piece of golf history ...
For collectors the Gentry Links Limited Editions offer a distinctive opportunity to own a little piece of golf history.
Drawing upon the paintings, personalities and stories explored throughout the Gentry Links series, these specially identified editions bring collectors closer to the history of the game.
Each edition is accompanied by a certificate and recorded in a dedicated register of ownership.
The Limited Editions programme is administered by GentryLinks Books Ltd.
The Great Men of 'The Golfers'
A Personal Connection with Golf's Past.
Charles Lees' celebrated painting The Golfers, 1847 captures an extraordinary gathering of golfers at St Andrews.
The painting contains 53 identifiable figures, each with a story to tell. Their lives and relationships form the subject of Gentry Links – The Great Men of The Golfers.
A special series of 53 commemorative Limited Editions offers collectors the opportunity to acquire a copy of the book associated with one of these historical figures.
Each edition is individually identified, accompanied by a certificate and entered in a dedicated Register of Owners.
Price: £300 per commemorative edition, plus postage.
Collectors may enquire about the availability of individual editions and the historical personalities associated with them.

REGISTER OF COMMEMORATIVE EDITIONS
Each of the 53 figures depicted in Charles Lees' The Golfers has a corresponding commemorative edition.
The Register records the historical figure associated with each edition and whether it has been allocated or remains available.
Collectors may enquire about a particular edition, subject to availability.
To respect purchasers' privacy, ownership details are published only with their permission.
A LIFE'S TWO NINES — FOUNDATION EDITION

Each copy is accompanied by a signed certificate identifying its edition number and is recorded in the Roll of Original Owners.
The Foundation Edition provides collectors with a lasting association with this chapter of the game's history.
Price: £100 per copy, plus postage and packaging.
The net proceeds from sales of all editions of A Life's Two Nines will be donated by GentryLinks Books Ltd to The R&A Foundation, supporting the future of golf.

Each of the 100 numbered Foundation Editions of A Life's Two Nines is recorded in the Roll of Original Owners.
The Roll provides a permanent record of the original allocation of these special copies, recognising their place in the publication's history.
Purchasers may choose whether their names appear publicly. Where anonymity is preferred, the entry will be recorded as Private Purchaser.
FUTURE LIMITED EDITIONS
Register your Interest.
The possibility of further commemorative Limited Editions is being explored for a future date, drawing upon the historical paintings and personalities featured in North Berwick and its Gentry Links, Medal Day 1894 and Origins 1926.
These could commemorate particular characters depicted in one or more of these works of iconic golf art, in much the same way as taken forward with The Great Men of The Golfers.
These potential editions would offer collectors further opportunities to own a little piece of golf history.
Collectors are invited to register their interest in future editions. Expressions of interest are entirely without obligation and do not constitute a reservation or allocation.
Details of any future editions, including availability and pricing, will be announced if and when arrangements are finalised.
